It is our mission to fairly pay our authors and artists for the work that they do and to challenge the status-quo with daring literature and bold design.

Our staff of volunteers are hard at work bringing you the most energetic books that sizzle on your shelf.  

We also want to spread our antlers into community service. Our long-term vision includes: free writing and design workshops, free advice and services for writers and artists new to the publishing world, and making our books more accessible through audio recordings.

Did you know that Tolsun Books is a truly independent small press? We receive no funding, webspace, materials, free advertising, staffing, oversight, or access to facilities and software from a university or parent company. A contribution to Tolsun Books supports a new and independent voice in literature!
